News Service), Reuters Economic Service, The Daily Bond Buyer and American Banker,

Additionally, he was Director of Public Relations for Gulf+Western
Industries, Inc., reporting to the Chairman, Charles Bluhdorn; Director of

Ms. Stern, co-owner of Stern And Company, has more
than 20 years experience marketing communications and media relations, as well
as specific expertise in the retail, garment manufacturing and fashion design
industries. She manages the firm's Change Communications practice and has
operating responsibility for the firm and manages national media relations
campaigns for its clients. She also the
founder of Nita Nicoli,
a designer line of fashion for the working woman, and

Skin Care Products and serves as the Public Relations Walk Chair for the
National Arthritis Foundations Walk 2005.
Edward
Kim, Managing Director Financial Communications
Mr. Kim manages Stern and Company's strategic financial communications and
advisory functions. His diverse experience includes a dozen years in the equity
capital markets, working as a technology investment banker, proprietary trader,
institutional salesman and research analyst in New York, San Francisco, London
and Tokyo. He has run new corporate product and service development for The
NASDAQ Stock Market, and has served as chief administrative officer for a
publicly held software company.
Mr. Kim's career encompasses 15 years of developing new businesses, educating
investors and decision makers, and advising C-level executives and Board members
on growth through capital transactions and acquisitions. He holds a B.S. from
the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Mr. Rettig is a 23-year veteran of the Dow Jones
organization, where he managed the daily operations of the Dow Jones News
Service, following a tenure with United Press International. Mr.
Rettig’s editorial skills are widely-acknowledged. He is Stern And
Company’s principal media relations strategist and is responsible for major
media relations campaigns, particularly on the East Coast.
Richard Gotcher, Vice President Corporate Communications
Mr. Gotcher has extensive media experience covering
financial and economic issues, both domestically and abroad. Prior to joining
Stern And Company, he edited the Eastern Europe Times, a daily financial
newsletter aimed at those entities engaged in business in the emerging Eastern
Europe democracies. Earlier he was a Washington reporter for the Dow Jones News
Service, a correspondent for The Daily Bond Buyer and Washington Bureau
Chief for the Donrey Media Group, a chain of 40 newspapers and several radio and
television stations.
